Signature Solutions
Built for one client. Available to the next.
Most of what we install is one of the systems on our Residential or Commercial pages. Sometimes a client arrives with a requirement that is not on any list — a builder shipping the same house forty times, an office nobody sits in full time, a front desk that has to answer when nobody is at it. We design those from scratch. Then, because the design is a file rather than a technician’s memory, we can build it again for someone else.
Serving Saskatoon, Warman, Martensville, Regina and communities across Saskatchewan.
Why these are separate
A signature solution is still KeenAi One underneath. The difference is that the design work happens before the install, not during it — and that what we design once gets repeated exactly, instead of being rebuilt from memory on the next job. That is what makes a one-off worth offering to the next client.
Solutions we have built, and can build again
Modular & ready-to-move homes
One system specification, repeated in every unit a builder ships. Wired and commissioned to the same standard each time, so the tenth house behaves like the first.

Modular & ready-to-move homes
A builder shipping the same floor plan repeatedly has a different problem from a homeowner. The system has to be specified once, documented, and then reproduced without the electrician on site having to remember how the last one went.
KeenAi One suits that because the configuration is a file, not a technician’s habit. The same lighting, climate, leak protection and network build goes into every unit, and the buyer gets the same app on the day they take the keys. Because it runs on a hub in the building rather than a subscription, there is nothing for the builder to keep paying for after handover.
It also means a unit can be commissioned before it leaves the yard and tested again once it is on its foundation, instead of everything happening at once on a cold day.
Virtual office
[PLACEHOLDER — needs John’s description. Do not publish this section to production until it is written from his words. What is it, who buys it, what does KeenAi actually install or operate?]
Virtual receptionist
[PLACEHOLDER — needs John’s description. Do not publish this section to production until it is written from his words. Is this door entry and visitor handling, phone answering, or both? Is any of it AI, and if so what decides and what does a human approve?]
Got something that does not fit the list?
That is the point of this page. Tell us what the building has to do and we will tell you honestly whether it is a standard install, a new design, or something we would not take on. If we build it for you, it gets documented properly — which is the same reason the solutions above exist.
