Questions people ask before they get in touch
Is the assessment really free?
Yes. The on-site assessment and the online consultation are both free, and neither commits you to anything. We walk the property, look at what you already have, and you get a written scope and a fixed quote before any work starts.
How long does the on-site assessment take?
About 60 minutes, at your home or your property. Book a time on the booking page and it’s confirmed straight away, or call us and we’ll find one together.
Can I get a quote without a visit?
Yes, for homes anywhere in Saskatchewan. Tell us what you need and send a few photos, and we’ll come back with a price — or an honest ballpark if the job really needs a look first.
Do you offer online consultations?
Yes, for businesses: a free 30-minute video call. It suits multi-site work, budgeting, or getting the right people into one conversation. We send the meeting link after you book.
Which areas do you cover?
We’re based in Saskatoon and do on-site assessments in Saskatoon, Warman, Martensville and the surrounding communities. We also work in Regina, and anyone in Saskatchewan can get a free quote without a visit.
I already have smart devices, or a system someone else installed. Can you work with it?
Usually, yes. Half-finished and abandoned systems are common. The platform we build on supports a very wide range of devices, so most existing equipment can be brought into one system rather than replaced.
Anything that genuinely can’t be integrated is identified at the free assessment, before you spend anything.
I’m already a customer and something isn’t right. Who do I contact?
Call 306-912-9933 or email contact@keenai.ca, the same as anyone else. The person who installed your system is the person who answers.
What should I put in my message?
Whatever you have: the type of property, what you’d like to change, what’s already installed, and a rough timeline. Photos of the electrical panel, network cabinet, thermostat or front door help a lot. If you only have a question, just ask it.
Do you work with condo boards and property managers?
Yes. For multi-unit buildings the usual starting points are door entry, intercoms and parkade access, water leak detection and building networks. A free online consultation is a good way to get the board and the manager into one conversation.
Will I have to pay a monthly subscription?
Not with us — not to run your home or view your own cameras. You own the hardware and the recordings, and the system works without anyone’s cloud.
Some individual third-party services still charge their own fees if you choose to add them. We tell you which ones before you buy, not after.
What happens to the details I send?
Your message comes to our team and is used to reply to you. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
